About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance personnel by setting direction and priorities
- Provide training and continuous development for all maintenance staff
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with the Planner/Scheduler utilizing CMMS
- Drive maintenance and reliability initiatives focused on preventive and predictive maintenance
- Coordinate work with outside inspections and provide project management
- Ensure the safety of all personnel on duty
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 5 years of maintenance experience
- 1-3 years of related technical supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
