Maintenance Foreman

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-skilled maintenance teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Oversee the execution of preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime
• Monitor and improve equipment reliability and operational performance
• Coordinate rapid response to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety procedures and industry regulations
• Track and reduce recurring maintenance issues through effective troubleshooting

Requirements

• Diploma, ITI, Trade Certificate, or Technical Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
• 5–8 years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, or engineering services
• 2–3 years of experience in a Foreman or Team Leader role
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and facility management standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in maintenance, safety, or facility management
• Experience managing teams in commercial, residential, industrial, or healthcare facilities
