Maintenance FM Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure high completion rates
• Monitor equipment uptime and reliability across the facility
• Manage response and resolution times for all maintenance requests
• Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintain cost control and adhere to established budgets
• Drive client satisfaction through high-quality service delivery

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
• 5–8 years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, or engineering operations
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience managing maintenance teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in facility management or maintenance
• Experience working with commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed-use facilities
