Maintenance Excellence Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance planning and scheduling to ensure critical equipment maintenance aligns with plant priorities, uptime targets, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with local legal requirements, permits, and Clariant safety and environmental policies
• Manage SAP data accuracy, including documentation, material lists, work orders, and task plans
• Coordinate parts, materials, and labor resources to improve backlog health and work order readiness
• Establish and enforce scheduling freeze periods to maximize plant uptime
• Support shutdown and outage planning and execution to minimize downtime
• Apply reliability-centered maintenance and root cause analysis to define repair strategies and reduce repeat failures
• Drive continuous improvement through KPI tracking, PDCA cycles, and gap analyses
• Build a preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance culture through coaching and accountability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and outage management
• 3+ years of experience applying reliability-centered maintenance methodologies
• Strong technical aptitude with proven root cause analysis capability
• Experience with SAP or similar CMMS platforms and continuous improvement methods

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
