Maintenance, Equipment and Automation Technician

Responsibilities

• Support the operations department through problem-solving and technical improvements to increase equipment efficiency.
• Assist with the commissioning, installation, and validation of new equipment during the startup phase.
• Perform maintenance on automation, pneumatics, mechanics, robotics, mechatronics, and power control systems.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, including mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to defined schedules.
• Propose and implement improvement projects for mechanical, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems.
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure technical parameters are met.

Requirements

• Technical degree or similar qualification in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of automation, pneumatics, mechatronics, mechanics, electricity, and electronics.
• Availability to work fixed shifts.
• Willingness to travel abroad for initial technical training.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English.
• Previous maintenance experience within the medical industrial sector.
