Maintenance Engineering Support Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor the Maintenance Plan to ensure equipment reliability and availability within the plant.
• Manage maintenance data within SAP PM, including generating work orders and extracting information for continuous improvement.
• Prepare specialized maintenance management reports covering major breakdowns, availability performance, and departmental expenses.
• Monitor and report monthly resource consumption (electricity and water) to ensure accurate calculations per produced ton.
• Manage spare parts inventory by defining minimum/maximum levels, identifying obsolete parts, and optimizing slow-moving inventory (ILR).
• Lead fixed asset inventories during audits and coordinate the disposal of obsolete or unproductive assets.
• Support the development and execution of the departmental budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance assistant or maintenance planner.
• Proficiency in SAP PM (ERP).
• Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Intermediate English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of industrial safety standards.
• Experience in loss control processes.
