Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Respond to equipment breakdowns with thorough electrical and mechanical fault-finding
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on CNC machinery, assembly equipment, and robotics
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and environmental standards
• Complete service tasks and documentation using CMMS and SAP systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain 5S workplace organization standards
• Assist in TPM/PPM follow-up actions to maximize machine uptime

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics discipline
• Strong electrical bias with proven mechanical skills
• Experience with CNC machinery and PLC systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software
• Practical problem-solving approach and clear communication skills
• HNC qualification is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with KUKA or other industrial robotics
• Ability to mentor apprentices in their professional development
