Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery, equipment, and tools used in production.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, thermal, and instrumentation issues in HVAC production lines to minimize downtime.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all HVAC production machinery and facility equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repair logs, schedules, and equipment performance data.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables to prevent production delays.
• Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support equipment upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in the facilities field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Engineering preferred).
• Proven experience in facilities management or engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, environmental compliance, and building codes applicable to manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external contractors.
