Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in the industrialization of new machines and processes, ensuring compliance with VSDP/IPROM standards
• Ensure machinery reliability through failure analysis, preventive actions, and technical documentation management
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as TPM, Kaizen, QRQC, PDCA, 5Why, and FMEA
• Support HSE and environmental initiatives through risk assessment and implementation of preventive measures
• Monitor and optimize maintenance costs

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, automation, or production environments
• Valid SEP G1 electrical qualifications for operating electrical equipment
• Strong knowledge of pneumatics and industrial automation systems
• Proficiency in sensor technology (inductive, optical, capacitive)
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot machine faults
• Basic knowledge of PLC controllers (diagnostic and operational experience is a plus)
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation in English
• Willingness to work in shifts and collaborate closely with the production team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with continuous improvement tools such as TPM, FMEA, 5Why, or QRQC
• Experience collaborating on the implementation of new machinery and industrial processes
