Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Handle emergency repairs for production equipment and perform PLC-based fault diagnosis.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance systems, including technical specifications and inspection records.
• Monitor and analyze equipment data to identify potential issues and implement continuous optimization using new technologies.
• Perform equipment performance verification for new or majorly repaired machinery to ensure GMP compliance.
• Manage GMP-related tasks including changes, deviations, CAPA, self-inspections, and validation.
• Manage spare parts requirements and inventory levels.
• Supervise the periodic calibration of measurement equipment.
• Execute EHS policies and procedures during all maintenance activities to ensure safety compliance.
• Participate in shift-based maintenance operations according to production schedules.

Requirements

• Proficiency in PLC fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of GMP equipment management and validation standards.
• Experience with spare parts inventory management.
• Ability to perform equipment performance verification.
• Strict adherence to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) policies and compliance.
