Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure and coordinate maintenance and repair work in stores
• Follow up on asset warranty documentation
• Ensure store quality through regular quality reviews
• Identify high-performing stores and propose improvements
• Ensure third-party maintenance providers comply with legal standards, risk prevention, and profit protection
• Prepare incident, accident, and maintenance control reports and statistics
• Create technical specifications, guidelines, and technical documentation

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in technical, execution, and budgetary construction management
• C1 English level for interaction with European countries and flagship stores

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of lifting systems and conveyor belts
