Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage planned and preventive maintenance for production equipment, including vacuum systems, resin injection machines, cranes, and precision tools.
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure machinery meets all quality and operational standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement continuous improvements in workflows and material handling.
• Act as an equipment owner, providing technical advice and participating in projects to implement new production technologies.

Requirements

• Degree as a Maskinmester or a similar technical background.
• Proven experience working in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of complex production equipment, including automated systems, molding, or machining.
• Knowledge of composite materials or molds is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) and solid proficiency in English.
• Ability to maintain a structured approach in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an electrician, industrial technician, toolmaker, machinist, or mechanic.
• Familiarity with large-scale manufacturing processes related to wind energy components.
