Maintenance Engineer (Production)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the production maintenance team to maintain equipment and critical systems in optimum condition.
• Develop and implement effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Analyze breakdown data, MTBF/MTTR, and machine trends to identify and execute improvement actions.
• Supervise and train technicians in daily maintenance tasks and troubleshooting.
• Manage engineering and maintenance projects from planning and specification through to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and EHS departments to ensure project targets and timelines are met.
• Control production spare parts inventory and support critical spare parts management.
• Ensure full compliance with EHS procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production machine maintenance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in people management.
• Strong understanding of cGMP and regulatory guidelines applicable to the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and prepare detailed technical reports.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing setting.
