Responsibilities

• Plan equipment preventive maintenance activities
• Monitor and analyze preventive maintenance activities
• Analyze corrective maintenance activities and improve maintenance procedures
• Manage spare parts inventory
• Monitor and analyze preventive and corrective maintenance costs
• Plan and coordinate equipment modernization projects

Requirements

• Master's degree in technical science
• Proficiency in Croatian
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong tendency for teamwork
• Adaptable, systematic, and punctual approach to work
