Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, stoves, and dishwashers
• Service food service refrigeration equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, and ice machines
• Install and maintain electrical systems, including circuitry, panels, breakers, and lighting
• Support power distribution systems (120/208V and 277/480V) and service motor controls, VFDs, and PLC components
• Perform electrical diagnostics using meters, testing equipment, and schematics
• Install and repair plumbing systems, including piping, fittings, fixtures, and commercial drains
• Perform routine maintenance on air handling equipment, including filter and belt changes
• Inspect and monitor the performance of boilers, chillers, and air handlers
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance documentation

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in a commercial or industrial facility
• Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, and mechanical troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays to accommodate event needs

Preferred Qualifications

• State certification in electrical or refrigeration
