Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment maintenance and TPM systems to optimize stability and lifespan
• Lead technician teams to improve POEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
• Maintain and update equipment data within the FUSION module
• Provide technical training to technicians and resolve complex equipment or tooling failures
• Collaborate with QA and ME teams to analyze and resolve quality issues
• Conduct EHS risk assessments and implement safety improvement measures
• Manage equipment and tooling safety compliance
• Assist sourcing teams in evaluating suppliers and optimizing spare part costs
• Support new equipment transfer, commissioning, and acceptance projects
• Perform root cause analysis using 5Why and error-proofing mechanisms

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher
• 5+ years of equipment maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical design, fault diagnosis, and repair skills
• Knowledge of PLC control systems and electrical principles
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Strong problem-solving and hands-on technical abilities
• Familiarity with EHS regulations and safety standards
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills
