Maintenance Engineer (MCO) - Test Benches

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective maintenance by diagnosing and resolving incidents on RF test benches
• Analyze failures in electronic boards, sub-assemblies, wiring, and instrumentation
• Provide reactive support to production and repair teams
• Conduct preventive maintenance including controls, verifications, and recalibrations
• Anticipate failures and measurement drifts
• Update test benches to ensure compliance with quality and normative requirements
• Participate in industrial rituals and weekly/monthly meetings
• Write detailed technical reports and propose improvements

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Bac +5 university degree
• Solid foundations in radiofrequency (RF)
• Ability to read and understand electronic and electrical diagrams
• Capacity to diagnose complex systems
• Understanding of industrial test equipment operation
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
• Root cause analysis skills
• Respect for quality standards such as ISO 9001
