Maintenance Engineer Intern

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from Maximo to track maintenance KPIs and prepare monthly cost reports (OPEX and CAPEX)
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions for equipment failures and assist in drafting incident reports
• Review existing Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and optimize job plan usage
• Follow up and update pending actions within maintenance and reliability programs
• Support warehouse management by monitoring spare parts ordering and storage conditions
• Shadow senior technicians and engineers in the field to learn practical constraints and safety protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent English communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in industrial operations and plant safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in using AI tools to assist in maintenance scheduling, technical troubleshooting, or reporting
