About the role

Responsibilities

  • Independently execute preventive maintenance activities in line with global Tetra Pak standards
  • Perform mechanical disassembly and re-assembly of capital equipment
  • Deliver installation tasks, including electromechanical rebuilding kit installations
  • Conduct testing, calibration, and verification activities to ensure equipment readiness
  • Use Tetra Pak Maintenance System (TPMS) tools to document and report all service work
  • Act as a technical resource for customers during production and maintenance events
  • Follow all safety protocols in accordance with OHS and Tetra Pak regulations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of equipment maintenance experience, including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
  • High school, vocational, or technical diploma focused on hands-on technical work
  • Ability to travel and work within the United States for up to 25 days per month
  • Valid driver's license for extensive travel to customer sites
  • Full US work authorization (cannot require employer sponsorship)
  • Conversational English skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with food industry processing or packaging equipment

Benefits

  • Annual Base Salary Range: $60,600.00– $86,400.00
  • Performance incentive/bonus of 10% of ABS
