Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of a professional maintenance system to achieve world-class status in tire manufacturing
• Implement predictive and periodic maintenance systems to prevent equipment deterioration
• Improve OEE and reduce machine faults through breakdown analysis and countermeasures
• Support the designation of serial numbers, component orders, and record-keeping in SAP
• Drive cooperation between operators and maintenance staff to support equipment uptime
• Support 5S and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities
• Participate in Value Stream Mapping to eliminate waste and redundancy
• Perform routine engineering duties including calculations and cost estimates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• 0+ years of engineering experience in the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of mechanical tools, machine design, and maintenance
• Ability to work the night shift (Monday-Friday, 10:00pm-7:00am)
• Ability to move throughout the manufacturing plant and lift up to 25 pounds
