Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and reliable operation of production equipment to support manufacturing and on-time delivery
• Comply with SHE, Quality, Security, and manufacturing requirements including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Convert equipment repair requests into maintenance plans and participate in troubleshooting
• Develop and update Preventive Maintenance (PPM) plans and m-FMEA
• Define and maintain safety stock levels for spare parts and manage inventory
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Train production operators in basic equipment operation and maintenance
• Manage engineering projects, equipment modifications, and maintenance contractors
• Provide emergency maintenance support during nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• College degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience
• Experience with both mechanical and instrumentation/electrical systems
• Familiarity with rotating and static equipment
• Experience in PPM and equipment integrity improvement
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Familiarity with engineering plastics and polymer processing industry
• Basic English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
