About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance, and directional support in Maintenance Management and Materials Management from the Technology Center.
- Mentor junior engineers and oversee work delivered by service providers regarding Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Communicate effectively across various levels of the workforce, including contractors, working-level teams, and leadership.
- Develop new processes and drive continuous improvement in maintenance and materials management through KPI monitoring.
- Facilitate the implementation of SAP PM & MM and lead workshops to collate business requirements and propose system enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation) with a CGPA of 7.0 or above.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas Production/Operations or a similar industry.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on field experience in Maintenance (Routine, Shutdown, Condition Based, etc.) and understanding of Reliability concepts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Field Maintenance, CMMS (SAP), and/or Materials Management.
- Proficiency in Asset Master Data Management, Asset Hierarchy, and Spare Parts Management.
- Strong technical knowledge of Oil & Gas industry equipment and the ability to understand engineering drawings.
- Willingness to work in shifts and undertake extended international business travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP Enterprise Applications (PM, MM, and QM) or knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA.
- Experience with data analytic tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or JMP.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
