Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day maintenance and technical support for SCADA, control systems, and field instrumentation.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks including field instrument calibration, logic testing, and panel component health checks.
• Respond to urgent corrective maintenance calls and incidents, including availability for 24/7 support and public holidays.
• Service and replace faulty equipment to minimize process downtime and enhance system reliability.
• Compile and submit regular maintenance reports and life cycle service execution updates to the Team Lead.
• Coordinate site activities according to the monthly maintenance plan and travel to various sites as required.

Requirements

• BSc in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Systems Engineering.
• Proven experience and knowledge in SCADA, PLC, control systems, and field instrumentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for control systems.
• Proficiency with Rockwell/Allen Bradley systems.
• Understanding of maintenance techniques such as preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, as well as root cause failure analysis.
• Flexibility to travel within the city and occasionally to different cities across the country.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in I&E maintenance and technical execution.
• Experience working within the Rail industry.
• Knowledge of networking, BMS plant operations, HVAC, ventilation, and chilled water pumps.
• Familiarity with Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).
