Maintenance Engineer Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support to the Maintenance team, ensuring adherence to schedules, procedures, and technical standards.
• Assist in creating, updating, and validating maintenance ranges and intervention frequencies for production equipment.
• Support the development and automation of maintenance KPIs (work orders, spare parts usage, planning compliance) via internal APIs.
• Contribute to spare parts management by defining necessary components per machine and optimizing safety stocks.
• Propose technical and economic solutions for continuous improvement, including standardization and digitalization of maintenance tools.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering Cycle (3-year apprenticeship).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
• Technical knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical plans.
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge of SAP.
• Interest in digital transformation and industrial automation.
