Maintenance Electrician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair 480V / 3-phase electrical systems
• Diagnose and maintain PLC-controlled production equipment
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot VFDs, motor controls, and MCC systems
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Cure control systems, load cells, temperature sensors, and boiler electrical systems
• Support electro-mechanical troubleshooting of production machinery
• Maintain plant lighting, power distribution, and alarm systems
• Fabricate and modify electrical panels and controls as required
• Collaborate with mechanics and controls engineers to resolve equipment failures
• Support plant safety standards including NFPA 70E compliance

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting ability in electrical and control systems
• Experience working with PLC-based equipment
• Ability to work both day shift and night shift (12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 schedule)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or a related field
• 3+ years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in continuous-process or heavy manufacturing
• Familiarity with industrial automation systems
