Maintenance Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Set aggressive machine reliability targets and analyze opportunities for improvement
• Handle emergency repairs and perform effective troubleshooting in the area
• Proactively identify and implement project repairs to increase machine health status
• Evaluate the rationality of PM tasks and initiate improvements based on dynamic situations
• Perform root cause analysis to identify the underlying issues behind superficial phenomena
• Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments and colleagues
• Manage function KPI and gap analysis to drive continuous improvement
• Act as the PITS (production IT security) responsible coordinator to maintain and improve systems
• Focus on cost-saving initiatives and improving cost effectiveness under budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent college education
• At least 5 years of maintenance experience specifically within the wind power industry
• Hands-on experience with Gleason, Starrag, or Danobat machinery
• Strong CNC experience and PLC troubleshooting skills, including program optimization
• Experience with PITS (production IT security)
• Fluency in oral English and proficiency with office software
• Strong logical thinking, proactive attitude, and leadership capabilities
• Excellent coordination skills and a customer-oriented service spirit
