About the role
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
- Liaise with engineering management and client personnel to coordinate activities
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed in accordance with Kier policies and procedures
- Maintain compliance with health and safety legislative requirements
- Contribute to a culture of wellbeing and inclusivity within the engineering team
Requirements
- Relevant technical qualifications and experience in facilities or building maintenance
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to respond effectively to reactive situations
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety
- Ability to work a shift pattern of 4 on, 4 off, 12-hour shifts
- Must have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this role)
