Maintenance Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance projects and create/implement maintenance plans
• Facilitate risk classification meetings and develop risk-based strategies
• Optimize maintenance strategies and preventive maintenance
• Map and optimize spare parts and competence
• Develop and improve maintenance processes and working methods
• Drive analyses to identify improvement potential in customer operations
• Support customers in maintenance digitalization (systems, data, analysis)
• Conduct workshops and training in maintenance and operational reliability

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance development, operational reliability, or process development
• Understanding of industrial processes and maintenance as a business-critical function
• Analytical and structured mindset with a drive for change
• Ability to work in a consulting role with many stakeholders
• Fluency in Swedish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RCM, FMECA, or criticality classification
• Experience with LEAN, continuous improvement, or business development
• Experience with maintenance systems (SAP, Maximo, IFS, etc.)
• Project management or change management experience
• Background in the process industry
