Maintenance Data Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain the asset hierarchy, preventative maintenance schedules, and other system data inputs to ensure they remain evergreen
• Provide technical support and input for the development and delivery of training programs
• Play a key role in setting direction and usage expectations for CMMS or equivalent asset management tools to drive efficiency gains
• Identify improvement opportunities within the Maintenance and Repair (M&R) space, including best practices, upgrades, and spare-part reviews
• Communicate M&R system principles and best practices to challenge current processes and integrate data-informed improvements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technical role
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Data/Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
