Maintenance Custodian

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning, maintenance, and repair tasks to ensure community safety and functionality
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community grounds and facilities
• Execute minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, fixing door hinges, and unclogging drains
• Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve high standards of property upkeep

Requirements

• Experience in cleaning and light maintenance
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and specialized equipment
• Proficiency using basic power and hand tools
• Self-motivated with the ability to achieve results individually
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and physical
• Valid driver's license is recommended
