Maintenance Crew Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a diverse crew of supported and non-supported employees across property maintenance projects
• Mentor team members to build skills, independence, and workplace confidence
• Contribute to hands-on tasks including landscaping, cleaning, painting, test & tag, and general maintenance
• Promote and model safe work practices, ensuring compliance and a strong safety culture
• Plan and oversee daily operations to deliver work efficiently and to a high standard

Requirements

• Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance, including cleaning, painting, or property maintenance skills
• Confidence operating commercial equipment such as ride-on mowers and pressure washers
• Proven supervisory experience with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid certification and a valid Driver's Licence
• Full Australian working rights
