Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute scheduled maintenance plans and asset replacement programs for university infrastructure.
• Manage and administer operational and investment budgets for maintenance services.
• Oversee specialized service contracts and ensure high-quality service for the university community.
• Collaborate with remodeling management to define technical specifications for new infrastructure to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Supervise and develop operational staff, including maintenance technicians, cleaning, and gardening personnel.
• Analyze performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and implement continuous improvement plans.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Electromechanical, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering, or a degree in Architecture.
• 5 years of experience in planning and executing building infrastructure maintenance (hotel, educational, or commercial sectors).
• Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Lean production methodologies.
• Proficiency in quality tools for problem-solving and AMEF (FMEA).
• Basic English skills.
