Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage coordinating of all planning functions at the operation to enable informed decision-making
• Implement effective project management and group development
• Support yearly budget process by providing equipment performance indicators
• Control overtime and costs across the operation
• Ensure adherence to Codes of Practice, SOPs, and legal requirements
• Conduct downtime analysis and identify improvement opportunities
• Perform audits on Master Data, logsheet setups, and fitment/defitment actions
• Analyze and interpret engineering and equipment performance data
• Ensure compliance with Mining Charter and BBBEE audit processes

Requirements

• Engineering N4 (NQF Level 4) with Mathematics
• Recognised trade certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NQF Level 4)
• Completed Maintenance and Maintenance Supervisory courses
• SHE RME A3 certification
• Extensive experience maintaining large equipment
• Extensive experience as a Maintenance planner or foreman
• In-depth knowledge of SAP maintenance modules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills
