About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders around the community
- Perform repairs to ready apartments prior to move-ins
- Order and organize maintenance supplies
- Execute general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping
- Respond to emergencies and after-hours calls
- Maintain knowledge of property emergency and safety procedures
- Maintain office, shop, and storage areas
- Drive residents to stores or special trips as needed
Requirements
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to work independently
- Positive communication skills
- Can-do attitude
