Maintenance Coordinator - Parking

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of parking garages, including operating the Tennant sweeper
• Manage snow removal and de-icing operations during inclement weather
• Execute grass cutting and landscaping tasks for parking areas
• Maintain all grass-cutting and inclement weather equipment
• Manage inventory for janitorial, cleaning, paint, and general supplies
• Ensure all vehicles are fueled and ready for operational use
• Serve as a backup for other parking-related positions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance-related work experience
• Ability to operate a plow, salt truck, and grass cutting equipment
• Valid State of Ohio Driver’s license
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively with college departments and contractors
