Maintenance Coordinator - Parking

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance of parking garages and parking areas
• Manage snow removal and de-icing operations during inclement weather
• Operate heavy equipment including Tennant sweepers, plows, and salt trucks
• Perform grass cutting, landscaping, and general grounds maintenance
• Maintain equipment and manage inventory for janitorial, cleaning, and paint supplies
• Ensure all vehicles are fueled and ready for operational use
• Serve as a backup for other parking-related positions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance-related work experience
• Ability to operate a plow, salt truck, and grass cutting equipment
• Valid State of Ohio Driver’s license
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively with college departments and contractors
