Maintenance Coordinator - Parking

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance of parking garages, including operating the Tennant sweeper.
• Manage snow removal and de-icing operations during inclement weather.
• Perform grass cutting, landscaping, and general maintenance of parking areas.
• Maintain all grass-cutting and inclement weather equipment.
• Manage inventory for janitorial, cleaning, paint, and other general supplies.
• Ensure all vehicles are fueled and ready for operational use.
• Serve as a backup for other parking-related positions as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance-related work experience.
• Valid State of Ohio Driver’s license.
• Ability to operate a plow, salt truck, grass cutting equipment, and other related machinery.
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other college departments and contractors.
