About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance work requests and work orders
- Communicate with property owners, tenants, vendors, and maintenance technicians
- Partner with onsite maintenance experts to maximize operational efficiency
- Manage vendor relations, including credentialing and accountability
- Order and track maintenance supplies and maintain shop inventory
- Manage payables for maintenance orders
- Schedule and record preventative maintenance activities
Requirements
- 2+ years of Multifamily Property Management experience
- Proven administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to travel to properties approximately once a month
