Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance at branch locations.
• Manage internal technical teams and specialized external providers.
• Oversee projects related to refrigeration, air conditioning, lighting, waterproofing, and general infrastructure.
• Validate work execution through on-site visits and digital audits.
• Ensure compliance with response times and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
• Manage assigned maintenance and project budgets.
• Identify improvement opportunities to optimize operations and extend equipment lifespan.
• Coordinate technical training plans for operational personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Solid knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Knowledge of medium and low voltage electrical systems.
• Experience in CAPEX and OPEX budget management.
• Proficiency in Intermediate Excel, SAP, and CMMS systems.
• Ability to travel frequently and mobility to Santa Fe and Tlalnepantla.
