Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safety standards in accordance with CEMEX, OSHA, and MSHA regulations
• Assign daily tasks to team members to meet maintenance objectives
• Motivate and guide the maintenance team while resolving issues
• Establish performance goals and oversee work quality
• Supervise maintenance plan implementation and monitor equipment conditions
• Report maintenance activities and document hazards
• Assist the maintenance planner and provide emergency support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5 years of experience in heavy industrial or heavy manufacturing
• Ability to work varying shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform physically intense tasks including heavy lifting up to 100 lbs
