About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily maintenance activities, operational effectiveness, and planning for the district or region
- Designate team members to execute specified work and establish performance goals regarding quality, quantity, and safety
- Monitor and control work quality and ensure maintenance programs are executed according to specifications
- Verify the entry of finished work orders, including resource usage and maintenance records
- Support continuous improvement efforts to maximize team reliability and effectiveness
- Participate in daily planning meetings and report all maintenance and operation events
- Provide support for Maintenance Program implementation, specifically "Autonomous Maintenance"
- Assist maintenance planners with estimation of parts, materials, and external resources
- Solve emergencies to minimize repair times and ensure equipment availability and operative continuity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 1-5 years of progressive maintenance experience in a large industrial manufacturing environment
- 5 years of experience in heavy industrial or heavy manufacturing sectors
- Proven knowledge of Preventative and Predictive maintenance methodologies
- Experience with reliability methodologies such as RCA, RCI, FMFA, and Fishbone analysis
- Proficiency with CMMS systems
- Knowledge of RCM, TPM, and Spare Parts Management
Preferred Qualifications
- CMRP or CRE status
- Vibration Level 1 or 2 certification
- Experience with statistical downtime analysis
