Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities to ensure operational safety and cost control.
• Elaborate and coordinate the maintenance program, including preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Perform root cause analysis for repetitive equipment failures.
• Manage maintenance requirements, work orders, and checklists using SAP.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and external contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage and optimize the assigned maintenance budget.
• Coordinate with external providers for spare parts and services for fixed and mobile equipment.
• Monitor maintenance and productivity indicators to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Mechanical Administration Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance areas.
• Proven experience in maintenance planning and administration.
• Experience in personnel management and leadership.
• Proficiency in SAP.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mobile equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of fixed equipment maintenance and construction.
• Ability to generate and interpret technical indicators.
• Experience managing and optimizing budgets.
