Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and control technical plant personnel (25 to 38 people) to ensure operational continuity.
• Oversee personnel administration including attendance, vacations, and payroll incident reporting.
• Ensure machine operability for bag production and provide feedback on daily production indicators.
• Plan and manage total plant maintenance, including preventive, predictive, and corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility within the plant.
• Manage resources and material supplies to meet KPIs and budget requirements.
• Supervise routine and non-routine activities while ensuring industrial safety standards are met.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechatronics or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in team coordination and maintenance management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of automation, continuous production lines, and supply chain processes.
• Expertise in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Solid understanding of industrial safety and occupational risk prevention.
• Proficiency in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience with SAP for resource and inventory management.
• Proven track record in total productive maintenance and cost control.
