Maintenance Coordinator Cement I

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safety standards in accordance with CEMEX, OSHA, and MSHA regulations
• Coordinate daily work programs and assign tasks to team members to meet maintenance objectives
• Lead and motivate the maintenance team while ensuring adherence to plant policies
• Monitor equipment conditions and oversee the implementation of maintenance plans to minimize downtime
• Establish performance goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Document maintenance activities, hazards, and safety observations
• Support the maintenance planner and provide emergency assistance to prevent equipment interruptions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5 years of experience in heavy industrial or heavy manufacturing environments
• Ability to work in dynamic environments with exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and dust
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climbing, and standing in intense settings
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
