Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to resolve maintenance and general service issues within corporate buildings.
- Create preventive maintenance programs and work methods to minimize corrective events.
- Apply institutional policies and standards for both users and service providers.
- Establish precise short, medium, and long-term objectives for facility management.
- Coordinate all maintenance and general service tasks for administrative buildings and branches.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture.
- 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in architectural projects, construction supervision, and electrical/electromechanical installations.
- Knowledge of general services including cleaning and gardening.
- Experience in staff management and office environments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
- English language proficiency (70%).
- Availability to travel.
