Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to resolve maintenance and general service issues within corporate buildings.
• Create preventive maintenance programs and work methods to minimize corrective events.
• Apply institutional policies and standards for both users and service providers.
• Establish precise short, medium, and long-term objectives for facility management.
• Coordinate all maintenance and general service tasks for administrative buildings and branches.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture.
• 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in architectural projects, construction supervision, and electrical/electromechanical installations.
• Knowledge of general services including cleaning and gardening.
• Experience in staff management and office environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
• English language proficiency (70%).
• Availability to travel.
