Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the global maintenance plan tracking for both regulatory and corrective maintenance
• Update maintenance databases with real-time asset visibility, including container locations and status
• Coordinate spare parts logistics, including forecasting, dispatching, and preparing shipping documentation
• Execute procurement workflows by creating Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Good Receipt Notes (GRN)
• Oversee the end-to-end insurance claims process for damaged ISO containers
• Assist in reviewing maintenance supplier contracts and service level agreements
• Act as a communication bridge between logistics, maintenance workshops, and customers

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain administration, or asset maintenance support
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with Power BI
• Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation, such as Sea Waybills and Certificates of Origin
• Exceptional attention to detail for high-volume data entry and compliance management
• Strong follow-up skills to coordinate with external suppliers and insurance adjusters
