Maintenance Controller - F-15SA Modifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and delivery of F-15SA aircraft modifications at King Abdulaziz Air Base.
• Control the modification process, prioritizing safety, compliance, and quality across the department.
• Oversee the execution of modifications performed by the ICMMM team to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Manage functional integration with the Program to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Support budget management and departmental alignment with the overall business plan.
• Facilitate internal, customer, and regulatory audits, addressing findings promptly.
• Monitor staffing levels and personnel utilization to meet business objectives.
• Foster a culture of safety, technical excellence, and FOD prevention.
• Drive continuous improvement through LEAN and BPS principles to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication and daily status reporting across all stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, modification, MRO, or production control.
• 5+ years of demonstrable experience with F-15 aircraft or similar platform modifications.
• 5+ years of experience in an operational team leadership role within an aircraft maintenance environment.
• Extensive knowledge of aircraft maintenance and modification standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to sequence and control demanding workloads to schedule and budget.
• Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical qualification in the field of aircraft maintenance and modification.
• Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia with knowledge of local regulatory requirements.
