Maintenance Control Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours technical support to maintain production equipment safety and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical and industrial control systems
• Diagnose electrical issues involving 480VAC, 120VAC, and 24VDC
• Resolve problems with PLCs, drives, sensors, and control panels
• Use Studio 5000 for basic logic and fault analysis
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and follow strict electrical safety protocols
• Communicate status updates to operations teams and document all work performed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in industrial or heavy manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and PLC controls
• Proficiency with Rockwell Studio 5000
• Ability to troubleshoot independently under pressure
• Availability to work night and on-call shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, VFDs, servos, HMIs, and Ethernet/IP
• Familiarity with LOTO and electrical safe-work practices
• Technical training
