Maintenance & Continuous Improvement Engineer

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and report on maintenance KPIs including OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and PM compliance
• Lead structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations using A3, 5-Why, and Fishbone methodologies
• Identify and manage reliability opportunities such as PM optimization and condition-based maintenance
• Partner with Planners and Maintenance Managers to enhance scope clarity, parts availability, and LOTO readiness
• Develop technical and business cases for equipment improvements driven by reliability risk or obsolescence
• Monitor the completion of improvement actions and embed learnings into job plans and operating procedures
• Assess maintenance backlog based on risk, downtime impact, and business priorities

Requirements

• Relevant electrical engineering qualifications
• Strong understanding of maintenance performance metrics (OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and SAP PM
• Formal Continuous Improvement qualification and practical experience (Lean, TPM, RCM, or Six Sigma)
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and OEM manuals
