Maintenance Club House Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the maintenance team
• Conduct regular inspections of the club house and surrounding areas to ensure proper maintenance and safety standards
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all equipment and facilities
• Manage maintenance requests and repair schedules effectively
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and efficiency
• Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed
• Assist in budgeting and purchasing of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report to management

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree
• Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a supervisory position
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Technical certification or training in related fields is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Able to deliver technical capacity building for the team
